This is what I would assume was about as complicated as a closing can be. That said Chad and everyone I dealt with was more then accommodating and helpful to make a terrible divorce related short sale with tax liens and numerous issues as easy and smooth as possible. I don’t think a better job or handling of this matter is possible and would highly recommend your services to anyone. In a bad situation Chad provided answers to questions and insight that the mortgage company, multiple attorneys, tax office nor realtor could provide. Although may not be an accountant or lawyer had better information and knowledge then I was being provided by the actual accountant, attorney’s and tax office. I don’t say this lightly or on regular basis being business owner myself but I believe your providing great service and can’t think of how it can be improved. Throughout the process I was always appreciative of being able to contact Chad directly by cell phone not having to talk to secretaries and wait days for call backs, get return call or have to make appointments. Through the work week, after hours, weekend even while Chad was on vacation always answered and made himself available to provide anything needed. I sincerely thank you for all your help attention throughout the process.
